What time are orders taken until?

Monday to Thursday orders are posted the same day if ordered before 4:00pm (GMT). Friday before 11:30am. Saturday before 9:30am.

How long does delivery of my order take?

It depends on which delivery method you choose, the following options are available:

Second Class	1-3 Working Days	UK only
Standard Parcel/Courier*	1-3 Working Days	UK only
Airmail USA/Canada	From 5 Working Days	USA/Canada only
Airmail Europe	From 3 Working Days	European countries only
Airmail Australia/New Zealand	From 5 Working Days	Australia and New Zealand only

If necessary please ensure you are available to take delivery of your order.

Please let us know what cable it is your after and we may stock it in future.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

No as we keep our prices low for customers. Businesses can enquire through our sales page if they would like quotes on large or repeat orders.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes, we now take payment via PayPal. Please note there is a handling fee for PayPal transactions. Payments via credit card are not subject to a handling fee.
